He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Summers and Lillian Summers (Trout). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lee Summers of Delphi; his sons, Jay Summers (Brenda) of Indianapolis, John Summers (Ginger) of Zionsville and Nick Hawkins (Amber) of Westfield; and his grandsons, Anthony and Jack Summers. He is also survived by four step grandchildren.
