He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. and Mary Holder (Briles) of Fowler; his brother Mark Holder; and his nephew Zachary Holder. He is survived by: his children, Sam Holder of West Lafayette and Sarah Holder of Logansport; his grandchildren, Serenity and Calvin; his siblings, Kim Holder of Fowler, Lisa Green, Mike Holder and Dwayne Holder of West Lafayette; and his sister-in-law Debbie Holder of Wolcott.
