Diaz (Fields) of West Lafayette; his children, Jasad Diaz, Tahlia Diaz and Tehnia Diaz; his brothers, Angel L. Diaz, Jr. and Antonio L. Diaz (Breanna); and his niece Zoie Diaz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
