She was predeceased by: her parents, Galen Oderkirk and Ida Anderson Oderkirk; her granddaughters, Chelsie N Smeltz and Megan Jane Smeltz; and her sisters, Edith James and Judith Oderkirk.
She is survived by: her friend Sid Thompson; her son Robert "Bobby"; her daughter-in-law Shannon Lambirth Smeltz of Lafayette; her children, Pamela Jane Smeltz Elkin of West Lafayette, Thomas Thompson of Noblesville, Lori Cummings of Noblesville and Mike Thompson of Indianapolis; her sister Alice Yaw of Rocklin, CA.; her grandchildren, Zachary K Smeltz, Darbie N. Smeltz, Jackson R Smeltz, Jedidiah G Smeltz, Abigail R Elkin, Paige V Elkin, Allen Thompson, Mary Foster, Crystal Blankenship, Jonathan Boyle, Amy Marjary, Kyle Thompson and Abby; and her great grandchild Leona Jane.
