We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 79, James Arthur Chastain (West Lafayette, Indiana), born in Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Amiel Gear Chastain and Mary Helen Chastain (King). He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Widing; and his sisters, Barbara Kent of Cincinnati, OH and Beverly Sheets of Indianapolis, IN.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
