Jack R. Hale Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack R. Hale of West Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hale and Gladys Hale; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Beverly Bushman. He is survived by: his wife Margie (Bushman); his children, Brandon and Lindsey Johnson (Larry); his granddaughters, Brinley Jean and Quinn Jacklyn Johnson of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Jim Hale (Elaine) of Lafayette, Janet Batta (Jeff), Judy (Ralph), Rob (Shana Bushman) and Jeff (Valerie Tyson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
