She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Deephouse and Gertrude Deephouse (Bossung). She is survived by: her sons, Donald F. Slagle (Cathy) of Romney, IN, Dennis W. Slagle (Belinda) of Rensselaer, IN and Douglas M. Slagle (Denise) of Lafayette, IN; and her sister Esther Boes of Lafayette, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
