He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Gardiner and Margaret Gardiner (Monjon). He is survived by: his children, Dean Gardiner (Shannon) of Monticello and Kathleen Snell (Brian) of New Lenox, IL.; his siblings, Karen and Craig; and his grandchildren, Justin, Sean, McHale, Mallory, Kelsey and Christian.
