He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Toney and Martha Toney (Hood); and his half-brother Richard Muston. He is survived by: his siblings, Norma Disinger (Steve) of Frankfort, Charles P. Toney (DeLois) of North Carolina, Jerry L. Toney (Cindy) of North Carolina and Chuck Toney (Donna) of Frankfort. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
