It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Evelyn Silvers of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Oxford, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hall and Faye Hall; her husband Harold V. Wiegand; her daughter Mary Ruth Wiegand; and her son-in-law David Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her close friend Poozer; her daughters, Carol Zimmerman of Rochester, Nina Owens (Mearl "Travis") of Attica and Theresa Allen (Mike) of Oxford; her stepchildren, Greg Silvers (Sherry) of Fowler, Brenda Jessie (David) of Fowler, Nancy Cochran of Fowler and Cheryl Nobil (Harold) of Lafayette; her siblings, Sue and Bill Hall (Marge) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Travis Owens Jr. (Heather), Jason Owens (Michelle), Stacey Bortkiewicz, David, Jamie Richey and Cory; and her grandson-in-law Kody Bond. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
