He was predeceased by: his stepfather Gary Easterday. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald "Bill" Lantz and Alta Rose Damman (Elkins); his children, Robin Hoffman (Michelle) and Suellen Diaz (Larry); and his siblings, Tony Lantz, Kristin Smith (Christopher) and Chad Easterday (Anna).
