He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Linder and Magdalene M. Linder (Zink); his son Jon D. Linder; and his siblings, Catherine Mackey, Elsie Halsema, Estella Frawner, Marcella Linder, Vincent Linder, John Linder Jr., Norbert Linder, Josephine DeMarr and Theresa Hammond.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stair; his daughter Judi Linder Lange; his daughter-in-law Audra Linder of Lafayette; and his grandson David J. Linder of Battle Ground. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (1916 Meharry St, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
