It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Thomas Flavin (West Lafayette, Indiana), born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Duggan Flavin and Viola Flavin (Lakowski). He is survived by: his sons, Duggan Flavin of Concord, CA and Griffin Flavin of West Lafayette; his sisters, Terrie Callan of Michigan City, Fontelle Powell of Plainfield, IL and Bridget Lepley of Yarmouth, ME.; and his cousin Steve Pahs of West Lafayette, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
