He is survived by: his children, Nicole Buskill (David) of Indianapolis, Scott Kelsey (Melissa) of Indianapolis and Brian Kelsey (Misty) of West Lafayette; his brothers, Larry Kelsey (Judi) of Lafayette, Rex Kelsey (Nancy) of Lebanon and Chuck Kelsey (Rita) of New Richmond; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Emma, Aiden, Owen, Lillian and Ethan.
