He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lee and Lownella Terry (Jacobs). He is survived by: his wife Josephine Terry of West Lafayette; his sons, Ricky (Vicki) of Lafayette, Scott Terry (Linda) of Lafayette and Stacy Terry (Sam) of Dayton; and his stepdaughter Angela Reneé Smith of London, KY. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to On Wings of Eagles in loving memory of Duane.
