He was predeceased by: his close friends, Troy Meyers and Scott Neff. He is survived by: his parents, Donald E. Perigo and Lorraine L. Perigo; his daughter Kaitlin Perigo; his grandchildren, Haley, Annalisa and James; his brothers, Josiah and Jeremy Perigo (Angela); and his nieces, Amira, Zahra and Arabella.
