He is survived by: his daughters, Olivia and Evelyn; his fiancé Bailey Uselton; his mother Debra Mitchell; and his siblings, Zachary Grove, Amanda Adams and Mariah Grove.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Christopher Adams Children Educational Fund, and will be accepted at Stendeback Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
