It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Mae Johns of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Monon, Indiana, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Allen and Geraldine Allen (Wentz); her husband Merle Keith Johns; her children, Linda Johns and Merle Johns, Jr.; and her brothers, Russell, Harley, Mark, Danny and Monty "Sonny" Allen.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Johns (Teresa Duncan) of West Lafayette; her grandchildren, Shawn Johns (Rebecca) of Kinston, NC, Dustin Johns (Barbara) of Portage, Alexis West (Austin) of Iowa and Andrew Johns of Buelaville, NC; her great great grandchild Ledger West; her siblings, Barbara Eisert (Fred) of West Lafayette, Bob Allen (Arnetta) of Monon, Gerry Allen (Penny) of Monon, Francis Allen (Karen) of Burnettsville and Violet Hughes (Don) of Idaville; and her aunt Penny. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, great-great grandson, fur babies, and grand fur babies.
