She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Barnett (Howe) and Louise Barnett; and her brother Joe Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, Penny Wolf of West Lafayette and Frank Wolf (Tina) of West Lafayette; her grandchildren, Jeff Wolf, Nina O'Connor, William O'Connor, Frank Wolf (Cassie) and Ashlyn Wolf; her great grandchildren, Kay-Den and Ma Lea; and her siblings, Jerry Barnett (Jean) of Edna Mills, Ted Barnett of Indian Lakes, FL, Donnie Barnett of Lafayette and Linda Sigler (Henry) of West Lafayette.

Memorial contributions in Carolyn's name may be given to Riley Children's Hospital.
