Shertzer (West Lafayette, Indiana), born in Marshfield, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 93, on June 10, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Rice and Edna Rice; her sister Diane Rice; her husband Bruce Shertzer of Bloomfield, IN.; and her brother Donald Rice.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sharon Pate and Peggy Henry; her children, Sarah Kleedehn (Rodney) and Mark Shertzer (Jamie); her grandchildren, Kristine Kleedehn (David Gladish), Mark Kleedehn (Alison Anderson), Hazel Rose Kleedehn, Ari and Luca Gladish; and her caregivers, Jazmin Dejesus and Alicia George.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the "Bruce Shertzer Endowed Chair for Counseling," (Purdue Foundation, 403 West Wood Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906).
