She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Johnson and Velma E. Johnson (Wolf); her husband Dick; her siblings, Mary Eberle, Larry and Garry Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Johnson, Elaine Gephart and John Eberle.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Robertson (Tom), David Gephart (Kay), Nancy Chapman (John) and Dan Gephart (Linda); her grandchildren, John Robertson (Nancy), Kelli Bowen (Kyle), Brad Gephart (Brooke), Suzanne Cox (Joe), Lauren Rund (Dominick), Jay Chapman (Meredith Marley) and Scott Chapman; her great grandchildren, Tanner, AJ Robertson, Fletcher, Palmer Bowen, Cara, Kendall, Annabelle Gephart, Molly and Tyler Cox; her brother Robert; her siblings-in-law, June Johnson, Janet Perkins Johnson and Joe Gephart; and her caregivers, Chris, Tabby and Natalie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
