She was predeceased by: her father Earle W. Tinsman; her husband John B. O'Conner; her children, Richard and Cathy; her stepsons, Jack Nichelson (Pat) and Lynn Nichelson (Sharon) of Bloomington, IL; and her sisters, Constance Ridgway and Beverly Kensinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela S. O; and her grandchildren, John Ratcliffe (Robin) of Interlochen, MI, Kathleen Ratcliffe of Columbus, OH and Sara Ratcliffe of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
