He is survived by: his grandparents, Chrysi Paraskeva, Andreas Paraskeva, Demetris Pitoukkas and Chrysi Pitoukkas; his parents, Katerina Pitoukkas and Georghios Pitoukkas; his brother Demetris "Jim" Pitoukkas (Christine); his nieces, Katerina Pitoukkas and Evelyn Pitoukkas; and his nephew Frederick Pitoukkas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Alexis Orthodox Church.
