He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carlisle and Vertie Carlisle (Robinson); his brother David Carlisle; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Carlisle and Bud Dilworth.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carlisle (Hall); his sons, Stephen Carlisle (Kristen) and Jared Carlisle (Alaina); his grandsons, Liam and Nolan Carlisle; and his siblings, Larry, Brian (Theresa), Kevin (Angela), John Carlisle (Lynne), Helen Dilworth and Linda Pratt (John).
