He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Anna; and his brother Thomas Martin. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kinker of West Harrison; his children, Dr. Kimberly Kick M. D. (Mike) of Batesville, Indiana and Mark Martin of Harrison, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ben Kick of Navarre and Anna Kick of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his brother Gerald Martin of Batesville.
