He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Geneva Clark; and his brother Jack Clark. He is survived by: his significant other Karen Calihan; his children, Tiffiany Kopp (Jamie) of Brookville, Kara Pflum (Troy) of West Harrison and James R Clark (Sara) of West Harrison; his grandchildren, Grant Pflum, Kent Pflum, Jade Kopp and Iris Kopp; his sister Sarah Wells (Glenn) of Yorkville; his sister-in-law Cora Wells (Jerry) of Guilford; and his pet Sammy.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service where memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
