He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Kolb; his children, James Kolb, Glenn Kolb (Cathy) and Paula Bryant (Billy); his grandchildren, Zachary Kolb, Bradley Kolb and Danielle Bryant; and his brother Rolland Kolb.
