He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin West and Marie West (Herald); and his sisters, Peggy West and Patsy Hurst. He is survived by: his children, Molli Bunch (Scott) of Dale West, II, Kevin West, Paige Kimla (Kurtis), Stephen West and Mason West; and his sister Linda Shoemaker (David).
