It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucy Fay Owen of West Harrison, Indiana, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bowling and Sarah Bowling (Stamper); and her siblings, Geneva Ranshaw, Numeda Smith, Deliah Bowling, Connely Bowling and Jackie Ray Bowling.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Owen; her siblings, Edwina Sparks and Harley Bowling; her stepdaughter Tina Boone (Richard); her grandson Phillip Boone (Amanda); and her great grandchild Peyton Boone. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A Celebration of Lucy's life will be held at a later date due to Covid.
