She is survived by: her children, Beth Lake (Darian) of West Harrison, Indiana and Tony Sparks (Pam) of West Harrison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Madison Lake, Maci Lake and Cole Lake; and her siblings, Glenna Jones of West Harrison, Indiana and Ivan Wooley of Rushville, Indiana..
