He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Patrick and Clara Patrick (Hibbard); his granddaughter Destiny; and his siblings, Mary Samples, Gladys Neeley, Emily Fuchs, Lucy Lyons, Cleadith Jones, Sarah, Ruby, Mabel, Louise and Fred Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Patrick; his children, Melissa Schaefer, Elvis Joe Patrick Jr. (Pamela) and Joshua Patrick (Gretta); his grandchildren, Scotty, Daniel, Aiden, Cherith and Rebekah; his great grandchildren, Riley, Paisley, Daniel and Carson; and his sisters, Helen Hollin and Daisy Roessler.
