He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Williams and Virgie Williams (Edwards); his wife Betty Jo Williams; and his siblings, Joe Williams and Judy Crank.
He is survived by: his significant other Betty Jo Taylor; his daughter Kara Wyckoff (Randy) of Brookville; his grandchildren, Tristin Ashley, Dane Ashley and Savanah Wyckoff; and his brother Bruce Williams of Milan.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations directed towards Shriners Hospital which is Charles wishes.
