He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hensley and Frances Hensley; and his brother Bob Hensley. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Hensley (Kathy) of Liberty, Brian Hensley and Johanna Smith (Steve) of College Corner, Ohio. He is also survived by six nieces, four nephews, fifteen great nieces/nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
