He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Miller and Gladys Balser Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Verna J. Miller; his children, Pamela Harris (James) of St. Marys, Coni Biggs (Robert) of Oxford and Monty Miller (Karen); his grandchildren, Jonathan Harris (Vicki), Jessica Harris, Jeremy Harris (Carrie), Lori Robbins (Ricky), Kyle Biggs, Amy Biggs, Rachel Pike (Bobby), Angela Miller, Chris Melton (Andrea) and Josh Melton (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Ashley, Robert, Brody, Edie, Teddy and Ryan; and his brother Neal Miller of Reily.
He was a loving caregiver for his wife who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 12 years ago.
