She is survived by: her children, Tommy Phillips (Yalonda) and Tammy Phillips (Andrew Crabbs) of College Corner, Ohio; her grandchildren, Isaac, Noah, Serena, Sophia Phillips and Ethan (Cameron Crabbs); and her siblings, Clifford Kelly (Patricia), Rosa Sulfridge (Jesse), Frank and Will.
