He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Hughes and Hallie D. Goodpaster (Flick); his siblings, Gary Goodpaster, Veronica Gilliatt, Paul Goodpaster and Blaine Goodpaster; his nieces, Hallie Goodpaster Soop and Jennifer Asher; and his nephew Kenny Goodpaster.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Goodpaster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Orange County Humane Society or Campbellsburg Christian Church.
