He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Love and Bernice Love (Wilson); and his siblings, William "Bill" Love and Margorie Stone (Tolbert). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Love; and his sons, Brett Love and Mark Love (Rachel) of Mitchell. He is also survived by Several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and loving caregivers.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ames Chapel Church (5368 US-150, Paoli, IN 47454). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the Ames Chapel Cemetery (5368 US-150, Paoli, IN 47454).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Roy's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana.
