He is survived by: his wife Reba Moffitt West; his children, Joshua D. Moffitt, Caleb L. Moffitt West Baden, Amanda N. Mills West, Hattie M. Moffitt West and Briana Hart Indianapolis (Lance); his brother Paul Gerald; and his grandchildren, Cyrah, Taytum, Ralph, Tanner, Sadie and Braimon.
