She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Self and Marie Self (Young); her husband Robert Terwiske; and her brothers, James Ray Self and Hubert Thomas Self.
She is survived by: her son Robert "Butch"; her brother Roy Edward Self Shoals (Linda); and her grandchildren, Dylan Terwiske and Brooke Matusiak Due.
She is survived by: (1) Son Robert "Butch" Terwiske Lafayette, Indiana, (1) Brother Roy Edward (Linda) Self Shoals, Indian, (2) Grandchildren – Dylan Terwiske and Brooke Matusiak Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, attendance will be limited to 25 guests at a time. Guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (6 feet or more).
