He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph White (Arbulace) and Lillian Williams (Curtis); his children, Timothy and Gail Elmer; and his sister Helen Herron.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; his sons, Thomas A. White and Tracy White; his grandchildren, Tiffani Bussie (Robert), Amy Ramirez, Jessica Howard (Matt), Krystal Ramos and James Elmer; his great grandchildren, Jason, Noah, Abbigalle, Jordan, Christina, Cadden and Zackary; his brothers, Bobby White (Earline), Ray White (Sharon) and Ted White (Camille); and his daughter-in-law Kathy White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association in Tom's Memory.
