He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fugate and Dana Homister (Dixon); and his sister Crystal Homister. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Fugate of Wawaka; his children, Skylar Fugate of Wawaka, Timothy W. Fugate of Kendallville and Allyson Fugate of Wawaka; and his siblings, Audrey Coomer of Elwood, Brenda VanHalst (Joe Pagley) of Churubusco, Homeretta Faulkner (Brett) of Winamac, Jackie Rodriguez (Jose) of Elkhart, Glen Ard (Carolyn Gibson) of Kendallville and Teresa Wade of Kendallville.
