She is survived by: her mother Lillian Ann Page (McCormick) of New Haven; her children, Teresa Rivers (Andrew) of Fort Wayne, Thomas Henry Jefferies of New Haven, Matthew Jefferies (Jessica) of Fort Wayne and Adam Jefferies (Anita Arellano-Jefferies) of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Paula Lamb of Fort Wayne, Patty Zeedyk of Fort Wayne, Paul G. Kage (Barb) of Angola, Perry G. Kage of Angola and Patrick G. Kage of Detroit, Michigan.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
