She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Woodworth and Sonja Colden (Trine); her siblings, Kimberly Woodworth, David Woodworth and John Woodworth; and her great-niece Aubree Coe.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Peak; her children, Anthella Ebert (Scott) of Marion, Anthony Peak (Beth) of Marengo, April Chafin (James) of Westerville, Ohio and Ashley Peak of Wawaka; and her siblings, Ronald "Kip" Woodworth and Kerri Bell (Bryan) of Wawaka. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
