He is survived by: his wife Vickie Wallen of Wawaka; his children, Naomi Dawn Wooten (Keith) of Wolcottville, Jeremy Lee Wallen (Josephine) of Wawaka and Nathan Wallen of Rome; his grandchildren, Lynnsey Wallen, Casey Wallen, Mayson Wallen, Lauren Wallen, Haylie Miller (Damian), Megan Wallen, Kaidence Wallen, Chase Wallen, Natalynn Wooten and Mikia; and his siblings, Gearldine Gannon of Kendallville, Brenda Wallen of Kendallville, Jody Wallen of Kendallville, Dallas Wallen of Rome City and David Wallen of Wolcottville.
