She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Wendall and Kathryn Wendall (Harper); and her husband Harold Starnes. She is survived by: her children, Gene Starnes (Rita) of Waveland and Carol Rogers (Hal) of Woodburn; her grandchildren, Mandy Stowell (Kevin), Megan Starnes, Harmony Jensen (Nik), Andrew J. Starnes (Paige), Nathan Rogers, Jill Kinder (Jarrad) and Jonathan "JT" Rogers; and her brothers, Ron Wendall and Rick Wilson. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
