He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fordice and Carol Mae Fordice (Wagers); and his siblings, Tom Fordice, Fred Fordice and Karen Myers.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Fordice (Kellie) and Kristopher Fordice (Cassandra); and his siblings, John Wagers, Richard Wagers and Chrystal Long. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, two step grandchildren.
