He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Steiner and Lucille Steiner (Leohr); his wife Elizabeth "Jane" Brown; his children, Amy Dawson (Mike) of Brighton, Ann Boehning (Stuart), Alice Springer (Douglas) of Bristol and Andrew Steiner (Rikki) of Houston, Texas.; his grandchildren, Alexander Dawson, Kennedy Boehning, Philip Boehning, Austin Dawson, Ellanor Boehning, Dylan Springer, Harrison Boehning, Landyn Springer and Addison Springer; his siblings, John Steiner (Mary Ruth), Victor "Vic" Steiner (Mary Jo), Carolyn Keiser (Norman) and Richard Steiner (Jeanette); and his brothers-in-law, William "Bill" Brown (Moyra) and David Brown (Elaine).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lawson-Miller Chapel (1702 E National Ave, Brazil, IN 47834). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1176 S County Rd 550 E, Bowling Green, IN 47833).
