He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Amstutz and Mary Amstutz (Havert); and his brother Greg Amstutz. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Eric Dallas Jr., Logan Dallas, Lily Scott and Violet Scott; and his siblings, Vicki Beaty of Florida and Dennis Amstutz of Auburn.
