He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Brumbaugh and Leslie Brumbaugh (Knott) of Angola; his wife Sallie Brumbaugh; his son Warren Christopher Brumbaugh; his siblings, Kyle James Brumbaugh (Melissa Garcia) and Alyssa Lynn Brumbaugh of Angola; his grandparents, Bob, Brenda Knott of Waterloo, Marshall, Linda Brumbaugh of Garrett, Vonda McLaren of Rockport, Texas. and Ken Rodman of Garrett; his great-grandparents, Duke, Pat Williams of Waterloo and Julie Beanblossom of Peru, Indiana.; his uncle Brian; and his aunt Brandy Knott of Angola.

Memorial donations may be given in care of Sallie Brumbaugh to help with final expenses and to also put towards Warren's future.
