He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Sprague and Marjorie Sprague (Woodcox); and his sisters, Martha Stuller and Gladys Tamlin. He is survived by: his niece Karen; and his nephews, David Davidson and Bill Stuller of Goshen.
